Students learn Spanish dancing from TA’s

Every week the Spanish Teaching Assistants (TA’s) host a conversation table in the Broad River Coffee Shop where students can practice their Spanish and make connections with the TA’s. Monday, November 9th, the conversation table was taken up a notch by adding a dancing lesson.

Here are a few photos from the event by Elizabeth Banfield. To see all of the photos, click here.

A Spanish TA instructs the students.

Students who came to the event stood in a line behind the TA’s to learn the new moves.

Spanish dancing requires a lot of fast footwork.
